If they have not been properly exposed to different people, animals, and environments during their critical socialization period as puppies, they may develop fear and anxiety. Additionally, negative experiences such as abuse or neglect can also contribute to their fearful behavior. Some Rottweilers may have a genetic predisposition towards anxiety and fearfulness, which can manifest in their behavior. **
